Click to enlarge/find my table. | (And to think I was actually considering canceling this a week ago...) VICTORY!!! We came, we saw, we kicked its ass! The Volume II Kickstarter is in the books, raising the success-to-failure ratio for this series' crowdfunder history to an adequate 67%, which is still a D-minus in most schools in the country! PASS-ING GRADE! PASS-ING GRADE! And ohhhh, the fun that is in store for the next several months... Once the remainder of the fundraising/fund-collecting process (or the "sausage-making" portion, as I think of it) is finalized, were gonna have some more of that fun new art to show off, probably starting September-ish, I'd say. I greatly look forward to sharing each new step with all of you. I hope you will as well. Also, one of my favorite conventions of the year, the Small Press & Alternative Comics Expo (SPACE) is this weekend, July 18-19, staring at 10 a.m. on Saturday. It will be held at a new location this year, the Northland Performing Arts Center at 4411 Tamarack Blvd. Come on out for some of the best indie comics you'll find anywhere, as well as Amiculus, of course! |
